Attaching a gift to a feedback reply works similarly to sending a gift to a guest. The difference is you'll do it directly from your feedback reply.
To do so, follow these 4 steps:
1.) Tap a guest's feedback, and you'll see a new option available on the keyboard, a small gift icon, like such:
2.) Tap the gift icon, and you'll be presented with a set of pre-determined gifts to send to the guest.
3.) Tap the gift you'd like to attach to your feedback reply.
4.) Write your feedback reply and press Send - this will send the guest a direct email with your feedback reply as well as a notice that a gift has been attached.
The gift will be available immediately via the Wisely app.
