How do I upgrade a guest?

You can do this in 4 easy steps
[1] Open your Staff app and navigating to the Search tab.
[2] Find the guest's account by name
[3] Tap into the guest's account and tap the "Quick Actions" button.
[4] You'll see an option to "Upgrade Status" - tap that, and choose the status level to which you'd like to upgrade the guest:
