What do I do if Member is in the venue but not showing up in the "Now" tab?

If these cases do come up and you want to ensure the guest gets credit, you do have the option to manually credit the guest with a visit.
Here's how to do that:
[1] You can do this by opening your Staff app and navigating to the Search tab.
[2] Find the guest's account by name
[3] Tap into the guest's account and tap the "Quick Actions" button.
[4] You'll see an option to "Add Visits" - tap that, and enter the number of visits you want to add:
