How do I ensure my beacons are working properly?

If you'd prefer to read, here is everything you need to know:

  1. Within the Setting tabs, select "Test beacons."
  2. Tap "Start test."
  3. Wait 5 to 10 seconds. If your beacon is in range and working properly, you will see the words "Success" appear in the center circle.
  4. In instead you see a failure message, please reach out to your customer success representative in order to trouble shoot.
